I've noticed my change.
Through all my years of speech and music festivals, I could see myself getting more and more confident year by year. I think this changed at about Form 3, and I won't deny a certain someone who helped me with it. Yes, believe it or not, he made me more confident of myself. I don't know why. Maybe because during that time, I felt myself being cared for, and that somehow gave me confidence. The thought of knowing someone is thinking about you and missing you, is really magical. Perhaps that pulled me out of my shell. I believe that. So, credit must go to that person for my 1st this year. Thankyou! I mean, if he ever comes here, which I doubt.
It's been a long time since I talked to him. Frankly speaking, after all this time, I do miss him. I admit that. Despite all the bad things said about him, he still has a place in me. I mean, if one day he request some help, which is really unusual, I won't hesistate. Because I still regard him as a friend, even he doesn't think the same towards me. There are some things in life which cannot be forgotten, no matter how long time has gone. They stay deep inside your heart, and you won't ever forget them. I suppose he is one of them. Someday, perhaps, when we've all grown up, have our own families, we'll meet again, as old friends. I look forward to that day, I really do, but the chances for it are... well, better not be so pessimistic!
The photo he and I took the last time we saw each other, I still keep in my organizer. .. Am I stupid actually? No, I don't think so. I chose the path, I have to face it myself. I sacrificed my happiness for his own, although not many people knows. Yes, everything is worth it, when I know he is happy now. Giving up nearly all what I had then was hard, very tough. But no regrets.
All I want now is for him to know, his old way of treating people won't work now. If he doesn't want to be detested by everyone, then he should change his attitude a little. I miss him... really... if only he knew....
